HEY, I’m Tajinder Kaur!
a photographer rooted in self-love.
Brb, journaling about it or locking in!
London-based photographer, cultural convener and creator of Where I Belong, a photography and event series celebrating South Asian diaspora and Punjabi heritage.
I've worked with Auri, been featured in 17:23, Reclaiming Bossy and guest lectured at UEL sharing the process from pitch to picture. My work is unretouched by default, not because raw is a buzzword, but the people I shoot don’t need fixing.
Right now I'm working on The Parts We Don't Post, a photography project documenting the parts of womanhood nobody photographs and society tells us to hide, the periods, body hair, rage and so much more.
If you need a brand campaign, an event covered, or a shoot that understands cultural specificity instead of flattening it, that’s what I do.
