Evoking emotions through colour
Previously hiding in the comfort of my home
In neutral colours
Two months left in 2018
It was time to level up
Finally feeling like myself once again
Heading to photoshoots as a model and photographer
New opportunities waiting in my inbox
Happily accepting with my dreams in mind
My favourite season has brought the happiness back
I feel cool, calm, collected in this rainbow trend.
Talking about fashion, looking at the latest trends, I’ve got to be honest, since I’ve returned I put myself on a shopping ban. Whilst your favourite influencers and creatives are styling the latest trends, I’m getting creative with my styling. Layering items I wouldn’t usually try, clashing prints and just generally having fun with fashion. As opposed to before where I was buying new items to keep up with the blogging world. Perhaps this is a blessing in disguise, an opportunity to dabble in more street style photography. I always see interesting looks whilst commuting, now it’s time to capture the magic and showcase it in a post.
As temperatures continue to fall, I was treated to a few cosy jumpers as my winter wardrobe was almost non-existent from the spring cleaning. I decided to choose colourful options as it would bring smiles in gloomy times. I took a minimalist approach with the styling by adding fuschia lipstick and studs with a pearl backing. Letting the colours speak, I paired the jumper with black trousers and trainers. An on-the-go look, ideal for running errands, shopping, brunch with the girls or a lunch date. Ditching the traditional neutral colour palette of autumn, I’m mixing my style with vivid shades, demanding attention instantly. It’s hard to escape as wondering the high street you can’t help notice bursts of mustard, burnt orange, fuschia and red casually draped on a mannequin.
